If there was one place on Earth that I could choose to go as my last, I think it would be Egypt. Egypt is the place to visit for anyone tired of summers dominated by grey skies. It is for those who marvel at the great antiquities, and sense of achievement. It is for those of us who enjoy tasting a culture that hasn’t really changed that much over many centuries.

These statistics will definitely improve further, as tourist are looking for quality destinations, and the guarantee of settled warm weather.

With each annual flooding of the Nile Valley, a layer of preserving silt is left behind. There is evidence of previous settlements discovered under almost every town. Ancient tombs, temples and monuments along the banks have been found, and some of the riches places to visit are Luxor and Aswan.
